Where does Arropol® manufacture products?
The company has three locations in Dalton, Georgia. Each location has reactor capability, with two capable of producing polyol.
Can Arropol® assist in formulations in using the polyol?
We have experienced technical experts in coatings and foam applications of our Epoxy and Polyol products.
Does Arropol® provide delivery of product, or are all sales FOB Dalton?
Arropol’s fleet can provide local delivery within approximately 100 miles of Dalton, Georgia in bulk tankers or box trucks.
What is general packaging of products?
All products are available in 55 Gallon Drums, 275 Gallon Totes, or bulk truck.
Can Arropol® support special product requests?
Blends and certain reaction products can be offered from 1 drum to tanker loads; but high temperature reactions exceeding 160 degrees centigrade have a 10,000lb minimum.
What is lead time on orders?
Blends typically are available in 1 to 2 days on existing products, and 1 week on reacted products. In general, we strive to meet customers’ required delivery times.
How does Arropol® manage product quality?
Arropol® has QC procedures for incoming raw materials and conducts QC checks in various stages of production. Following final QC, customer is provided COA and SDS on all shipments.
